  • Shift of 6 - 50 workers in a workplace with low risk of injury and that is more than 20 minutes surface travel time away from a hospital.
  • Shift of 11 - 50 workers in a workplace with low risk of injury and that is 20 minutes or less surface travel time away from a hospital.
  • Shift of 2 - 15 workers in a workplace with moderate risk of injury and that is more than 20 minutes surface travel time away from a hospital.
  • Shift of 6 - 25 workers in a workplace with moderate risk of injury and that is 20 minutes or less surface travel time away from a hospital.
  • Shift of 2 - 10 workers in a workplace with high risk of injury and that is more than 20 minutes surface travel time away from a hospital.
  • Shift of 2 - 15 workers in a workplace with high risk of injury and that is 20 minutes or less surface travel time away from a hospital.
