What are the advantages of Hansler Smith's rewards?
Our rewards are tiered, allowing you to earn more perks the more you engage with us. You'll receive points for each purchase, which can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases. You can also earn points for following us on social media, sharing with friends, and are even gifted with points just for having a birthday! How do I sign up for the rewards program?
We took care of that for you! Customers are automatically enrolled in our rewards program - so you can kick back, place orders, and start earning points!
Is there a fee to join?
How does FREE sound? Our rewards program costs you absolutely nothing, and we'll never charge you a membership fee to sign up or for staying on board. In fact, you get more savings and perks the longer you're with us - and we'd never sabotage a good relationship by making you pay extra.
Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to the start of the program?
You will only receive points for purchases and actions made after our rewards program was launched in August 2024.
Why didn't I earn points on my purchase?
Double-check that you placed the order with the email address associated with your account. You also will not receive points if you return your purchase, or your purchase is cancelled for any reason. Any points you earn on a purchase that you later return will be deducted from your points balance.
