This kit includes exactly what you need for dust free sanding: PROS 6"/ 5mm pneumatic sander, hose with air-supply line and Mirka 1230 HEPA dust extractor. The Pneumatic Random Orbital Sander – Mirka® PROS 650CV (Central Vacuum) is a 6” diameter and a 5mm orbit and it is specially developed for maximum dust extraction even at low suction power, thanks to its wider, more efficient dust suction outlet in the machine housing. The supplied Mirka 1230 HEPA dust extractor is connected to a pneumatic box that allows the PROS to work with the dust extractor’s AutoStart mode, which activates the vacuum only while the tool is running. This HEPA certified dust extractor is designed to be an integral part of our dust-free sanding systems with three layers of dust protection. It has a high-performance motor and turbine, which creates 250 mbar vacuum and 4500 l/min air flow. The AutoStart function increases the lifetime of the motor and reduces noise. The 18’ vacuum hose with coaxial has an air-supply line connected to the hose for a dust-free working environment. By removing dust, you make your workplace more efficient and reduces health risks associated with airborne dust.
